Description
The University seeks to appoint an innovative supplier/service provider via the ESPO National Framework 345 - Fitness Equipment - Lot 1 - Fitness Equipment Bespoke Projects, who can provide a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art cardiovascular, fixed weight and free-weight resistance equipment suitable for use within a busy and dynamic fitness environment alongside a suitable IT solution for monitoring exercise activity and training data both from data gathered from equipment usage within the fitness suit and activities outside of the facilities such as run data taken from third party applications including Strava, Map my Run and Garmin Connect etc. The user experience should be delivered via both mobile and desktop application with seamless integration across platforms (Windows, iOS, Android, Mac OS etc). Cardiovascular equipment will need to include treadmills, upright and recumbent cycles, elliptical/ variable stride cross trainers/equivalent, steppers/equivalent, rowers and upper body ergometers. Fixed weight resistance equipment will need to cover all major muscle groups. All cardiovascular equipment and all fixed-weight resistance equipment must offer users a consistent style and common, consistent user experience. **THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY OPEN TO SUPPLIERS FROM THE ESPO NATIONAL FRAMEWORK 345 - FITNESS EQUIPMENT AGREEMENT** All other expressions of interest from suppliers outside of this agreement will be rejected with no further correspondence entered into.
