To support National Highways in managing projects by supporting existing technical specialists to deliver works packages through stage 1 \(options development\) by coordinating the work through the SDF suppliers and liaising with our own technical specialists to develop the right solution that meets National Highways objectives of customer, efficiency and the best whole life cost solution, whilst ensuring our own governance is met\.
