Staffordshire County Council currently outsources its HWRC operations, including haulage. From 30 March 2022 the service will be reverting to Staffordshire County Council. However, it has been determined that the haulage element of the operation will remain as an outsourced function. Therefore, Staffordshire County Council is proposing to invite tenders for the haulage element of the service based on the service specification and supporting documents as advertised
