PO 7685 - Monitoring, Evidence, Learning and Review (MELR) provision to the Saving Lives Programme in Sierra Leone - Amendment No 3

These amendments relate to the extension of the contract to September 2022. The financial limit has increased to £3,297,656, in line with the updated pro formas.
