Description

This contract is for the provision of a SAAS Cloud Contact Centre Service. Please note that this contract has already been awarded and that this contract is being published for transparency purposes only. Call Off from Crown Commercial Services Framework Agreement GCloud 13. Please note the awarded value is for the initial 3 years only. We reserved the right to extend the contract by a further 12 months and uplift the contract value accordingly. If Ofsted activate the extension on a like-for-like basis we will not publish a new award notice.
