Unitas are looking to appoint appoint Subcontractors to carry out the works under our overall supervision. The works are separated out into three lots as follows; LOT 1 Asbestos Removal LOT 2 Scaffolding and General Works LOT 3 Internal Works Overall description of works to 40nr properties is as follows: Re-roofing, leadwork renewal, replacement soffits, fascia's, guttering, pointing repairs, installation of SFS POD weatherboard system, renewal of entrance doors and store doors, installation of low level lighting, hard-wired smoke and heat detection and mechanical extractors and renewal and topping up of loft insulation. Anticipated contract duration is 41.6 weeks. Mobilisation start date 05/05/2023 Proposed start date of the works is 20/06/2023
