## Description

North West Leicestershire District Council \(NWLDC\) wishes to sell its recyclable commodities \(glass, paper, cardboard, plastics and steel and aluminium cans\) on an ex-works “buyer collects” basis\. NWLDC collects dry recyclables from approximately 40,000 households on a fortnightly basis\. Additional tonnage may also be provided to North West Leicestershire District Council by Leicestershire County Council and Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council\.
