## Description

Nottingham City Council \(the 'Authority' or 'Employer'\) is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified entities \(the 'Tenderer'\) for provision of services\. The Council has a statutory obligation to consider applications to purchase Council housing made under the Right to Buy \(RTB\) Scheme\. The Council receives circa 600-650 applications a year \(approximately 100-150 are flats\) to purchase housing under the Right to Buy Scheme and these are valuations which cannot be resourced internally\.
