Building Management Systems (BMS) Maintenance

Description

Extension of the current contract by a further 6 months from 1st February 2023 to 31st July 2023. The extension of the contract will focus on PPM only at the current performance requirement of the provision of a BMS lead engineer for 5 days per week. •BAS 2800+ and TREND trained BMS technician on-site attendance 5 x days per week, for a period of 6 months, working normal business hours (Mon -Fri, 0800 -1700), this is a total of 124 days. Wakehurst Place has 2 days per month allocated for BMS service and support. ~ Excluding Bank Holidays: 7th & 10th April and 1st, 8th & 29th May 2023 (5 days) •Engineer Continuity. •Detailed Reporting. •24 Hour Call-out facility (chargeable at preferential contract rates) •Help Desk Technical support during business hours.
