## Description

The LGA is seeking a supplier to develop animated video content from a pre-written script\. The videos must display key cyber security concepts to non-experts in a way that is simple, clear and engaging, using council specific examples throughout\. The videos, when produced, will be the second module of 'Unpacking Digitalisation'\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
