Work description
A Consultant to carry out a homeless review as part of the Local Authority's statutory duty under the Homeless Act 2002, which requires the Council to carry out a homeless review and develop and publish a new Homeless Strategy every 5 years, including consultations with other statutory and voluntary organisations.
