Work description
External refurbishment works to the grounds and residential blocks. Included in the scope of works are new railings, re-landscaping of garden areas, quiet area, localised external refurbishment to residential blocks and installation of residential amenities (planters and benches), drying area and adjustments to the Car Parking area.
