A contract is required for a period of 12 months, to supply Specimen Bags on a monthly basis - see attached specification of requirements.

Quantity stated is per 1,000 (1 million required in total)

It is expected that delivery will be free of charge to the Trust. If this is not the case, carriage charges must be stated
