GB-Sheffield: Start Up Loans (SUL) Evaluation

This procurement was completed through the Research and Insights DPS RM6126 owned by Crown Commercial Services. This Contract will be let on an initial 12 month contract, with the option to extend by a further 12 months at a value of £179,471.00 across the whole potential term.

The deliverables agreed are to: -assess and review the roll out of the Start Up Loan (SUL) Programme split, providing lessons learned and recommendations for the continuing delivery of the SUL Programme -assess the performance and emerging impacts of the SUL Programme -assess the performance of the SUL Programme through estimation of additional gross value added, leading to a subsequent value for money assessment -assess the impact on diversity of finance of the SUL Programme and the benefits for entrepreneurs resulting from the SUL finance
