Scotland Gas Networks plc (ScGN ) and Southern Gas Netwrks plc (SoGN) area a gas distribution utility regulated by the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (Ofgem). ScGN & SoGN is seeking suppliers/Manufacturers to assist in the delivery of the replacement fleet programme for light commercial vehicles.
