## Description

Derbyshire County Council is seeking to commission a single provider to undertake an assessment and evaluation over a 3 month period of the Covid-19 impacts on Public Health Commissioned Services, grants relating to Live Life Better Derbyshire \(LLBD\), substance misuse services, services for 0 to 19 \(children's\), Public Health advisory services and sexual health across \(excluding Derby City\)\.
