## Description

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council \(TWBC\) is inviting tenders for the concession of a Festive \\r Experience event, historically a Father Christmas event, at its annual ice rink in Calverley \\r Grounds\.\\r \\r Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is inviting tenders for the concession of a Festive Experience\\r event at its annual ice rink in Calverley Grounds\. The contract term will be an initial 1 year with \\r a possible three annual extensions \(1\+1\+1\), extension subject to performance review and \\r event approval\. This year's event will run from 29 November 2024 - 5 January 2024\. If future \\r events go ahead the ice rink will open and close at a similar time period\.\\r \\r The Ice Rink has been running in Calverley Grounds for 13 years\. Last season \(2023-24\) it \\r attracted 43,004 skaters, with increased footfall to the area from visitors watching the skaters \\r or who just come along for a walk within the grounds\.
