Trafford Council Insolvency proceedings service

Trafford Council are responsible for collecting over £100m in Council Tax and over £150m in Non-Domestic Rates. We have the highest Council Tax collection rate within Greater Manchester. It is important that the Council utilises all avenues of recovery where appropriate to ensure effective collection is maintained. At present, Insolvency proceedings are dealt with in house and we are looking to outsource this work to a suitable company who will deal with the case from initial letter before action (LBA) stage to obtaining the Order at court and dealing with the Trustees until the realisation of assets.
