## Description

The project comprises of the refurbishment of 94m2 of floor area within the Portland Square Building\. This includes the refurbishment of an existing computer lab \(C203\) into a simulated dental learning laboratory with 10no\. phantom dental heads and access into the adjoining lab C201\. The scheme also creates a prep space linked to the new laboratory and an office area for support staff, and all associated mechanical and electrical works\.
