Engineering Support Building at Jersey Airport, Channel Islands

To build a new Engineering Support Building at Jersey Airport. Aerodrome audits have identified the need to arrange for the removal of a hangar at the airport as it represents an obstacle infringing the transition slope south of the runway. In addition, a taxiway, Alpha Taxiway, currently must deviate around the hangar and the airport fire station, ARFFS, which is located on the airside of the hangar. The plan to is design, build, connect and fit out a new building to house the existing tenants of the hangar that needs to be removed. The demolition of the existing hangar is out of scope for this project.
