Provision of Children Social Care Services

Oldham council is seeking to re-procure range of children's social care services supporting children and young people who are looked after or are care leavers. Oldham Council is seeking to work with one overall lead provider. The successful provider/s will deliver high quality provision in a timely and inclusive fashion for children and young people looked after aged and care leavers aged up to 25 for the following service elements. • A Children's Rights, Advocacy and Independent Visitor service • Regulation 44 visits and reports covering a range of internal provision • Mental Health support services for children looked after, care leavers, their careers and support staff.
