General legal advice for the Estates team which may includes: Drafting of and assistance with legal completion of lease agreements following agreement of heads of terms, Preparation of and service of notice to quit for subtenants, Liaising with landlord representatives to secure leases or lease variations, Assistance with lease or MOTO extensions within deadlines, Analysis of current agreements to identify deadlines for service of notice for termination or extension, Support and advice with national property controls and GPA, noting risks, issues, dependencies and impact on timelines, Advice and assistance with Licence to Alter with regard to refit works, To liaise with and support the estates professional services provider.
