19-20OPW Off-payroll working (IR35 communications research)

Qualitative research consisting of 30 depth interviews with individuals who contract their services through a limited company to medium and large businesses outside the public sector, to test their understanding of draft messaging and communications materials that will be issued ahead of reform to the off-payroll working rules on 6 April 2020.
