## Description

Fit out/refurbishment of Unit 1, Tuscan Way, Bispham, Blackpool, FY2 0FJ\. Main project activities include: New electric roller shutter\. Decorate unit - paint walls, tile toilet, tile kitchen area including some additional wall mounted cabinets\. Heating - electric heaters for garage area and toilet\. Flooring - Flowcrete or equivalent non-slip hard wearing floor finish to garage, vinyl flooring in WC\. Power - additional power points for charging \(upgrading existing containment to galvanised steel\), EV point outside the front entrance\. Ventilation for drying cabinet\. Water - washdown sinks with hot and cold-water supply\. External - hatched line marking 'Keep Clear' for emergency service vehicles\.
