Norwich City Council is looking for a single service provider or a service provider working in conjunction with another to provide occupational health and employee assistance services to council employees and councillors \(employee assistance extending to their partners / family member who share the same household\)\. The council's current headcount is approx\. 670 employees and 39 councillors\. The contract term will be 3 yrs\. with an option to extend for up to a further 2yrs\.
