## Description

St Helens Council carried out a risk based sourcing request for quote in line with the council's contract procedure rules for works to widen existing footway and implementation of new cycle route through Sherdley Park on to Marshalls Cross Road and leading in to Scorecross and the widening of existing footpaths through Sutton Park from Marshalls Cross Road entrance to Robins Lane/Marina Avenue entrance\.
