## Description

Colchester Borough Homes, acting as Contract Administrator, on behalf of Colchester Borough Council \(the Council\) wishes to commission a contractor to provide masonry repairs to sections 7 & 8 of Colchester Roman Wall, located along St\. John's Street, Osborne Street, Vineyard Gate and Vineyard Street in Colchester, Essex\. The works required are conservation repairs to sections of a Scheduled Monument within Colchester Town Centre\. Full details of the requirements are detailed within the Specification and associated documents\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
