Description
East Hampshire District Council (EHDC) and Hampshire County Council (HCC) wish to appoint an external consultant to develop a Wayfinding Strategy for the town of Whitehill & Bordon (W&B) [Phase 1] and project manage the delivery of wayfinding infrastructure in W&B across the emerging "Green Grid Green Loop" (GGGL) [Phase 2].
