## Description

East Hampshire District Council \(EHDC\) and Hampshire County Council \(HCC\) wish to appoint an external consultant to develop a Wayfinding Strategy for the town of Whitehill & Bordon \(W&B\) \[Phase 1\] and project manage the delivery of wayfinding infrastructure in W&B across the emerging "Green Grid Green Loop" \(GGGL\) \[Phase 2\]\.
