Description
The BFI Reuben Library is a free to access research library centred on the moving image. Located in our public venue BFI Southbank the library was built 10 years ago and was designed to be both a functioning research library where we provide access to the BFI's unique collections, and as a flexible event space where we programme events in line with the BFI's cultural programme and offer the library for private hire. The deliverables of this procurement will be an easy to use, audiovisual system that will integrate with the existing library space as it is currently designed. It will enable us to record and stream our events online, provide better accessibility for the d/Deaf, blind and partially sighted and neurodiverse audiences in the library event space, and offer state of the art video conferencing technology.
