## Description

con\_7971 Loan Sale Programme Legal Advice Services agreement was appointed in 2018 following an ITT open competition, this agreement had the provision within which to be extended to a maximum contract term of 5 years\. This clause has been exercised and the extension appointed in time only, there is zero value impact to the contract\. The contract provides legal advice services for sale preparations and general legal advice requirements to the Student Loans Company Sponsorship and Strategy Team
