## Description

The Homes and Communities Agency \('HCA'\) is seeking to appoint a Monitoring Surveying \(MS\) Firm from its national Property and Multi-Disciplinary Panels\. The appointed Surveyor's role will include providing initial due diligence and on-going monitoring of the development works in respect of the identified loan investment under the Home Building Fund \(THBF\) programme\.
