Domestic Abuse Services

Wiltshire Council are undertaking a procurement process for Integrated Support Services for Domestic Abuse and ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisors), The services are to include (but not limited to) Victim focussed support addressing both domestic abuse and sexual violence, support for children and young people living with the impacts of domestic abuse, work to address perpetrator behaviour, as part of a whole family approach and the provision of safe, flexible accommodation accessible to all in need who are fleeing domestic abuse. This procurement is being undertaken in accordance with the light-touch regime (LTR) rules (PCR 2015 74-77). The Council therefore confirms that the LTR OJEU threshold and timescales apply, as does certain flexibilities with regards to the tender selection and award that are specified within this document.
