We are seeking to commission the supply of the following data: • Automated Valuation Model \(AVM\) and Automated Rental Valuation Model \(ARVM\) • Housing Characteristics • Transactions • Emerging Areas of Housing Demand Additional information: The opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system\.
