Description
This opportunity is part of the wider Homelessness Prevention and Relief Response in Newcastle upon Tyne. These services will provide good quality supported accommodation in community-based settings, with support that prepare people to move to sustainable independence. This opportunity will be awarded as two separate Contracts, these will be awarded to the 2 highest ranked tenderers, based on an equal 50/50 split of contract value available. Tenderers can choose to bid for as many or as few of the contracts, however: Any one prime contractor can only be awarded one of the opportunities available within this notice.
