## Description

Tandridge District Council is seeking to enter into a long term contract with a single contractor for the renewal of kitchens and bathrooms in occupied and void properties owned and managed by the Authority\. The Council therefore invites tender submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake this work in accordance with the ITT and associated documents\.
