GB-Derby: DH21045 - Chesapeake Road Superstructure Contract

Description

This Contract is set up to provide the Employer with access to a good, reliable contractor who is able to provide the services, in line with the works programme. The service comprises of a number of elements to x 6 two-bedroom properties and x 2 4-bedroom properties, including, but not limited to: • Superstructure work • Roofing construction and roof coverings The Employer is seeking to appoint a single contractor to provide all of the services identified Only Bidders who have passed all the corresponding Selection Criteria will have their Award Criteria responses assessed. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
