## Description

Mechanical Electrical Engineering \(MEE\) Services required for Innovation Centre 7 \(IC7\) project at Keele University in accordance with the Tender Specification in Section 2 of the ITT\. The form of contract that the University intends to enter into with the Service Provider for the work will be the JCT - Consultancy Agreement \(Public Sector\) 2016 as amended by the University together with the Scope of Service\. The Schedule of Amendments to the JCT - Consultancy Agreement \(Public Sector\) 2016 are provided in Section 3 of the ITT \(Schedule A\) and the Scope of Service forms part of the Tender Specification in Section 2 of the ITT\. The programmed date of appointment for the Mechanical Electrical Engineering Services will be 9th November 2020 and the contract will run up until the Defects Liability Period - 12 months following Works Contract Completion of 29th April 2023 \. The estimated value of the Mechanical Electrical Engineering Services contract is £102,000 The Design & Build Innovation Centre 7 \(IC7\) project covering a total area of 2696 m² of \.
