External Repair and Maintenance Works to Suffolk House, 154 High Street, Sevenoaks

Sevenoaks District Council seeks tenders for external repairs and maintenance works at the premises known as Suffolk House, 154 High Street, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1XE. Works are to include works to the roof, leadwork, rainwater goods, elevations, windows, boundaries and others as more particularly set out in the Appendix to the invitation to tender. Works are to be executed using a JCT Minor Works 2016 Building Contract with Contractors Design, with further details provided in the invitation to tender.
