Work description
Copeland Borough Council is working to deliver a significant programme of regeneration throughout the borough. This commission is to appoint a multidisciplinary team to assist the Council and Cleator Moor Town Deal Board in developing the Revitalised Town Project in Cleator Moor, Cumbria. This team will advise on the options for the creation of the hub, the redesign of the public realm and the refurbishment and provision of workspace. The team will undertake business planning and commercial analysis to establish the most economically viable options and operating models for the buildings, along with costings and initial designs (to RIBA 2) for the building works and public realm. The team will also prepare the Commercial, Financial and Management cases for inclusion in the Full Business Case for the project, which will be submitted for local appraisal in February 2022 and to MHCLG in June 2022.
