Colchester Borough Homes are seeking an experienced contractor(s) to undertake Legionella Risk Assessments, Surveys, Boiler Installation & Remedial Works as required. The tender has been separated into two lots and tenderers may apply for 1 or both lots. Lot 1 Legionella Risk Assessments & Surveys, including dosing as necessary. Lot 2 Boiler Installation, Tank Removal & Remedial Works. Full details of the work required is detailed within the relevant specifications. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
