Blackpool Better Start Early Years Volunteer Support and Development

Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a provider who will be required to ensure that Community Voice plays a vital role in shifting the curve of social determinants that impact significantly on people's life chances in Blackpool. This means that Community Voice will cultivate a shared understanding of children's health and development needs giving parents, families and the wider community real power and influence over informed outcomes, in essence they will coproduce the services needed locally.
