## Description

The aim of this project is to design and deliver an innovative learning programme for leaders who have recently taken up a senior leadership role or would like support to develop in their senior leadership role\. A key objective of the programme is to support new leaders in their transition from an operation role to a strategic one, preparing them to develop their stakeholder relationships, strategic vision and ability to influence change
