Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council is seeking quotations for the provision of Footfall Monitoring in the strategic towns of Redcar, Guisborough and Saltburn\. The Council are looking to understand how towns within the Borough are performing to meet Council priorities and to track the impact of future investment\.
