Work description
The University identified the need to complete a piece of user research, to develop a better understanding of the user journey of researchers who wished to use sensitive data in their research projects. The contract was awarded further competition on the CCS Digital Marketplace as part of the Digital Outcomes and Specialists 5 (DOS5) framework - reference no. RM1043.7.
