Description
The contract consists of 3 key areas of activities in maintaining the lifts listed within this document. These key areas of work will be divided into 3 Lots. A Contractor can apply to undertake 1 or all the Lots. By submitting a tender, all tenderers will commit to undertaking works in the area to which they are appointed. The 3 lots are as detailed below: - Lot 1 - High Rise, Lots 2 - Public Buildings and Schools and Lot 3 Residential.
