Brentwood Borough Council's requirement under this Contract is for the contractor to purchase any new or replacement festive lights where required and to test, install and dismantle Brentwood Borough Council's Festive Lighting in Brentwood and Shenfield Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
