Work description
Contract for South Church Enterprise Park - Bishop Auckland This Project is to be funded by the Stronger Towns & UKSPIF support the delivery of the scope and achievement of the strategic objectives for this project. As part of this funding the successful bidding organisation (and proposed Timelines) must achieve practical completion and ensure all payments for the project funding are claimed by the 21st of March 2025.
Planning - This project is subject to planning being approved.
The appointed Contractor will enter into a PCSA for this project and will work with the Council to develop contract sums within the Council's budget.
