## Description

By way of background our Eczema Care Online \(ECO\) project is a collaboration with the University of Southampton and we are required to pay this Company for work on a WebApp\. The first invoice is now due for £15k \(the total due will be £50k\)\. The tender was arranged by University of Southampton but it has been agreed the cost of the work is to be paid from underspend from the Nottingham budget \(RC48H8\)\.
