## Description

The University is looking to appoint a Principal Contractor to undertake internal refurbishment of Grosvenor Court Block C\. The initial project comprises internal refurbishment of Grosvenor Court Block C\. Subject to funding and the contractors satisfactory performance the University reserves the right to award the successful contractor further phases of work at Devonshire Hall and its surrounding buildings\.
